MENUES FOR GROUPS

Get that jazzy feeling

For your convenience, we have compiled three different three-course menus with

some snacks included at a favorable price, to make your experience go

as flexible as possible. We also offer our company menu, if complete

the company would rather have it.

Please note that the three-course menu and the company menu are not available to

combine.

In other words, choose either if you want the company menu or if you want

have a mix of the three course menus. If you have preferences that are outside our templates of menus, you are most welcome to write to us by email.

Wine packages can be arranged in both cases, either per glass or bottle.

Prices regarding wine are discussed according to preference.

SHARING MENU - SEK 495

• DUCK LIVER MOUSSE ON MINI TOAST pistachios, black currant, chives

first appetizer

• TATAKI ON TUNA marinated mango, avocado, cucumber, pickled enoki mushrooms in soy, sesame mayonnaise, pomegranate, fried rice paper, coriander

second appetizer

• TARTAR ON BEEF THIGH & BRISKET capers, pickles, chives, pickled red onions, Dijon mayonnaise, melted beef marrow, allumettes on beetroot

third appetizer

• POTATO ROYAL truffle mayonnaise, pommes allumettes and grated truffle pecorino

Hot dish

•PICANHA (VEAL)  glazed brussels sprouts, baked fried onions, potato pavé, thyme

At Barrique we offer an experience beyond the ordinary. Our Cheese & Charcuterie Board covers almost the entire width of our largest table and is designed to be shared between 6 - 14 people. A rich collection of delicious cheeses and charcuterie delicacies await you along with a variety of other treats. See menu below.
