Our planned tastings


6 glasses of Sangiovese with Pelle
4th of may 18:00
Our own Pelle Sander follows up with his promised tasting where we explore the Sangiovese grape in six different vintages from different parts of Tuscany.
We of course try Brunello from the well-known producer Podere Le Ripi, along with their Rosso di Montalcino. We also try two elegant Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, and of course a really good Chianti Classico Gran Selezione from the Swedish-owned farm Terreno. As a real bonus, we also try a Riserva from the iconic producer Selvapiana in Chianti Rufina, an area that differs a little from the others due to its cooler climate that gives an elegant and slightly lighter style to Sangiovese.

Rosso di Montalcino Sogni e Follia 2021, Podere le Ripi (PI approx. 365 SEK)
Chianti Rufina Riserva Vigneto Bucerchiale 2022, Fattoria Selvapiana (BS 330 SEK)
Chianti Classico Gran Selezione ASofia 2019, Terreno (BS 502 SEK)
Brunello di Montalcino Cielo d'Ulisse 2019, Podere le Ripi (BS 616 SEK)
Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Madonna della Querce 2018 (PI approx. 885 SEK)
Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Asinone 2022, (BS 444 SEK)
Total only top wines from 300 - 800 SEK and of course the wines are accompanied by a classic Italian pasta a la carbonara.

Welcome to a cozy tasting of wines from Northern Italy on April 29th!
Jonas and Svenska Vinbolaget present;
Il Castelluccio Bianco IGT – A perfect partner for the summer food that will soon be served. Maybe in the arbor or on the terrace! From Tamburini in Tuscany.
Valpolicella Classico DOC – From Corte Lenguin in Veneto we have now received some fine Valpolicella again. This is one of them. Excellent with charcuterie and other cold cuts. But also with pizza or the simpler pasta dish.
Barbera d´Asti DOCG 2022 “Del Martin” – A little fuller than Valpolicella, a little more alcohol. So we let Barbera, from Luca Ferraris in Piedmont, challenge Valpolicella.
Now we climb up to slightly more aged wines, so-called Superiore, and start with ITALO, a Chianti Riserva DOCG from Tamburini. This wine boasts a Gold Medal in the World Cup a few years ago!
From Galarin in Piedmont comes another celebrity; Barbera d´Asti DOCG Superiore “Tinella”. A great wine from a small vineyard.
We finish with a wine for kings. Or the wine of kings; Barolo! Barolo DOCG Trecomuni 2021 from Gigi Rosso will adorn any wine cellar. And the contents are completely… well, you can judge for yourself.

Milan “Terres de Noel” Blanc de Blancs 2019 – We open some of the only 2500 bottles produced during the best years.
H Billiot Brut Millesime 2018 – Another vintage champagne! A Blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Neda will present her Passion, caviar. Genuine caviar from the Caspian Sea is something out of the ordinary. Neda guides us through history and the present and tells us what distinguishes different types of caviar, etc. We look forward to a unique presentation by a woman who was practically born with rum between her toes!

Welcome to a light spring tasting with wines from South Africa the 14th of may!
Jonas and Svenska Vinbolaget present;
Weather Station, Sauvignon Blanc – We start at Journey's End. Their affordable wines never disappoint. A light start to the evening.
Chenin Blanc, Touch of Oak – From Rijks up in Tulbagh, 90 minutes north of Franschhoek, comes this lightly oaked wine that goes great with mussels, sushi, sashimi etc.
Viognier – Always nice to present a Viognier. Maybe partly because it is still an unknown grape for most. And because it often becomes a new favorite!! This wine comes from Lazanou Organic Wines in Wellington, a wonderful little organic farm.
Meester, is a lightly oaked Sauvignon Blanc with a little Semillon. This is a masterpiece, hence the name, according to the winemaker himself; Bartho Eksteen. Also known as Mr Sauvignon Blanc in South Africa.
At the same vineyard above Hermanus, Bartho makes a fantastic Provencal-style Rosé, BLOM! Acclaimed, prized and always sought after!!
We finish with 2 reds; Cerina at Cecilia Wines delivers a Pinotage in a very small edition!! 😊This grape previously produced almost only mediocre wines. But these days Cerina and a few other winemakers make incredibly fine, balanced, medium-bodied or full-bodied wines. What do you think?
We finish with wine from a master in the industry; Nicolas van der Merwe. His Blend is a world-class red. "At least in terms of Value For Money, which is always important to me," says Jonas.
